am 54 and I started having the hot flashes and night sweats about
2 years ago. In the early stages, I would get them for a few
weeks and then they would go away for 4 weeks but they always came
back. This last year they came back with a brutal vengeance.
Four months ago I was having 8-10 night sweats a night. I
couldn't sleep and I was so very dehydrated from the sweating that
I would have to have 2-3 bottles of water on my night stand to
drink. Of course then I had potty breaks during the night
for the water I was drinking. I could get no sleep and the
next morning, I was so very exhausted I could hardly
function. This went on for months and I was so very
depressed. You can only get so tired when you work. It was
all I could do to work and then I didn't want to do anything else
as I was exhausted.
A friend told me about your

loose? I started taking it and right away I could sleep
better or rather get to sleep right away. It was 4 months
before the full effect of the cream worked for me. I have
had 3 nights of zero night sweats and I am so very happy. Hot
flashes have also disappeared during the day. I was told today
that I should of kicked up the number of times I put the cream on
my body during the day. If I had known I would of done that
weeks ago.
I was told it could take up to 6
months for the cream. I almost stopped taking it several times but
continued as I hoped it would kick in and work. All I can say, is
